We direct bill to the insurance companies listed below, as long as they allow assignment of benefits, please check your insurance for full coverage :
If your spouse has a 2nd insurer that is different from yours for example, you have Bluecross and your spouse has Great West Life, sorry we can only bill to one insurance company. When the first insurer has reached the maximum then we can bill to the 2nd insurer.
We can only combine if both insurers are the same company, ie both are blue cross
