Liza Cordova

BMR PT, B.Sc

Hi, I’m glad you’re here!

Welcome!

I graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Science in 2003 and a Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation in Physical Therapy in 2007. Over the years, I’ve worked in several physiotherapy settings, including Concordia Hospital in the ICU, Emergency Room, and post-operative wards. Each experience has shaped how I care for and connect with my patients.

In 2011, I opened Cordova Physiotherapy to create a welcoming space focused on personalized, compassionate care. I’m always learning and growing through continuing education in acupuncture, dry needling, TMJ treatment, pain science, myofascial release, and pelvic floor therapy for women.

When I’m not in the clinic, I’m on mommy duty or at the dog park with my two energetic pups. In the summer, you’ll often find me out on the golf course!

Thanks for visiting — I can’t wait to meet you and help you feel your best
