Is away on maternity leave, returns Feb 2025
Hi there! I graduated in 2009 from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelors degree in Medical Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy. I’ve been lucky enough to practice under some very talented Physio’s here in Canada and Australia.

Since then I've taken extra courses in pelvic floor, vestibular, hydrotherapy and acupuncture. I've had the privilege to mentor at Donna Sarna Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, learning about women's and pelvic health. I plan on completing the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) certification in pelvic floor physical therapy in the near future.

No matter which area of the body I'm treating I try to do my best to explain and educate my clients with what's happening and I always welcome questions. I believe that learning about your own body is incredibly empowering and helping in achieving goals and bettering quality of life.

In my spare time I enjoy being outside in the fresh air either being active, relaxing, reading or trying to fine tune my green thumb,

I'm excited to join Cordova Physiotherapy full time, I'd love to see you there!
